This is a short, sharp investigation into a single project, a small portfolio of related projects, or a high-level review of your delivery infrastructure. With a growing trend in collaboration across institutions, the CURED Healthcheck is a critical pre-mobilisation tool to understand the delivery strength and weaknesses across a partnership.
This will help pre-empt delivery obstacles. (3-5 days)
DIAGNOSIS
Step 2
CURED Investigation and Insight is designed as a more comprehensive review of your delivery capability that will evolve and transform the way you work over the short-, medium- and long-term.
As part of CURED Investigation and Insight, our expert team will undertake a qualitative assessment of your project/organisation against each of the core CURED capability nodes. (3-5 weeks)
TREATMENT
Step 3
For organisations that really want to evolve their delivery capability to the next level and accelerate the benefits akin to a world class delivery capability. Treatment builds on the findings from CURED Investigation and Insight and goes much further. We seek to translate your strategy and vision in to an optimised CURED delivery framework that is built around your business and its priorities.
Based on this analysis we can work with you on developing a roadmap for transformation and improvement for the short, medium and long term. This enables you to reap the benefits of those quick wins, slowly moving through to the higher value, higher impact opportunities derived from more complex intervention.
