Some Listening.

At CURED  HQ, we are having a lot of fun with all the developments in AI technology. So, we have used
an AI agent to review some of our research and create a podcast about it. We feel this is a great way to assimilate our research.

We have produced a lot of these, and as with all current AI models, some don't work as well as others.
So we have only curated the ones that get across our thoughts and knowledge.

Yorkshire Miners hold the key to unlock the value of new tech.

Technological advances often fail to solve persistent project issues due to neglecting the human element. Research in 1950s coal mines showed that self-organized, collaborative workgroups outperformed rigid, mechanized systems. This led to the "sociotechnical system" concept, emphasizing the integration of technology and human interaction for better outcomes. Prioritizing people alongside tools is key to improving project delivery...

The Relational Risk Chain.

Projects are shaped by both technical and social systems, with relational risk arising from uncertainties in partnerships between stakeholders like pharma companies and CROs. Agency theory highlights issues like mistrust, poor communication, and opportunism in Principal-Agent relationships, hindering success. Mitigating relational risk involves fostering trust, collaboration, shared benefits, unified governance, and knowledge sharing. The CURED Framework, inspired by successful practices like the NEC3 contract for the 2012 Olympics, offers strategies to strengthen partnerships and improve project outcomes.

The DNA of CURED.

CURED enhances clinical trial delivery by combining decades of research and industry experience into a configurable capability framework. Rooted in seven core principles, it emphasizes people over process and uses digital tools for continuous feedback. The framework consists of five key elements—Contract, Understanding, Resource, Education, and Delegation—each broken into actionable capabilities.

Action not Reaction: Why CURED?

CURED is a transformative framework that improves clinical trial delivery by optimising environments, reducing costs, and enhancing sponsor-CRO collaboration. Built on five core components—Contract, Understanding, Resource, Education, and Delegation—it fosters efficiency, reduces cycle times, resolves conflicts, and supports team well-being. Combining research and practice, CURED drives sustainable improvement, preparing organizations to meet future clinical demands effectively.

The Science of Delivery.

CURED integrates research, industry insights, and proven approaches like NEC contracts, agile methods, and data-driven decision-making. It fosters continuous improvement, relational trust, and learning from failure to optimize project delivery. CURED evolves with each application, offering a sustainable model for success, as demonstrated by projects like the London 2012 Olympics.
